Effective October 1, 2026, Barbours Cut Container Terminal will no longer serve as a Start/Stop location for motor carriers participating in the FGCP Pool. Chassis returned to or left at Barbours Cut on or after this date will not stop the billing cycle.
Motor carriers should return chassis to an approved FGCP Pool Start/Stop location to end rental usage charges.
