FlexiVan is a registered UIIA chassis provider. Motor carriers must register with the UIIA and complete the FlexiVan Addendum and Credit Application to book a pool chassis. To register, go to the UIIA website or contact CustomerSupport@FlexiVan.com.

Please note that pool location schedules and chassis availability may change throughout the day. We recommend you check the status of your pickup and return location on the day of your scheduled pickup or return.

Important reminder for our customers on returning equipment: In accordance with the UIIA Section E – Equipment Use and the FlexiVan addendum, Motor Carriers shall return the equipment to the physical location at which the equipment was received, unless otherwise authorized by FlexiVan. Motor Carrier will be responsible for all charges, including but not limited to perdiem charges, until the equipment is received by FlexiVan at the physical location at which the equipment was received, or a location otherwise authorized by FlexiVan.
