Former FlexiVan.com and aimchassis.com websites have been migrated into this one new single company website at: www.FlexiVan.com. Come take a look. We think you’ll like it!

What you’ll find is greater focus on our streamlined AIM360 customer portal, your new single point of entry to customer account information and an array of chassis management tools. It’s a powerful platform you’ll want to explore, with many more exciting features soon to come!

A bold red header now contains all of your key chassis leasing essentials for easy reference, such as Login, Customer Tools and Roadside Service details. A new “Technology” tab holds information about our technological capabilities, tracking systems and data analytics. You’ll also find updated material on our chassis fleet, locations nationwide and customer testimonials… all in a new mobile-friendly format that’s easy to navigate.

Here are a few items to keep in mind:

  • Logging-In: If you already have AIM360 login credentials with FlexiVan, they can also be used with the new website. If you’re new to AIM360, please start the registration process using the “Login & Register” button located at the top header. And please feel free to reach out to FlexiVan’s Customer Support team to help walk you through the process if needed.

 

  • Booking Chassis: You must first login to AIM360. Then go to the “Booking” tab > “Create Booking” to book your daily chassis.

 

  • OTR/Repair Requests: Login to AIM360 and go to the “Customer Service” tab > “Request for Repair.”
