Please begin to use the group email address Pool_Billing@FlexiVan.com for all matters related to your FlexiVan pool invoices. You no longer will receive invoices from individual FlexiVan email addresses, but rather this new group email address. Please ensure that your email settings will not block this new FlexiVan address from being delivered. (*Disputes must still be submitted in writing via FlexiVan.com within 30 days of invoice date).
