NSRR - Detroit Livernois – Transition to Fully‑Stacked Operations

February 17, 2026

To our valued customers,

Please note the following important update regarding Norfolk Southern (NS), Detroit Livernois Facility operations in Detroit, MI.

The NS Detroit Livernois Facility will transition to a grounded operation effective March 16, 2026.  As a result, this location is no longer recognized as a common (start/stop) location for the FlexiVan Central Chassis Pool (FCCP).  No FCCP chassis may be left at this facility, whether bare or with a container mounted.

Key operational changes:

  • The only FCCP designated common location in the Louisville market is ITS ConGlobal.
  • All pickups and drops must be handled exclusively at ITS ConGlobal Detroit:

ITS ConGlobal,

8501 W Fort Street

Detroit, MI  48209

  • Chassis reservations are available through AIM360. Please use your AIM360 account to submit and manage your chassis @ AIM360.
  • ONE empty container return locations are directed by ONE at ONE’s discretion.
  • NS Livernois Intermodal Facility will continue to lift both empty and laden containers from chassis.  Motor carriers must out-gate with chassis.
  • No FCCP chassis shall be left at the ramp by motor carriers.

Please ensure your dispatch teams are updated immediately to prevent any potential service disruptions related to the current service changes.

For any scheduling adjustments or routing questions concerning ONE containers, your designated ONE account representative remains your best point of contact. If there are any inquiries regarding the common locations for the FlexiVan FCCP chassis, FlexiVan Customer Support can be reached at 866-883-5394 or via email at customersupport@flexivan.com

FlexiVan will continue to share updates related to this change as they occur.  FlexiVan is actively communicating with Norfolk Southern and ONE to support a seamless transition.
